On October 28, 2025, the City of Roswell hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for its Resident & Business Services, officially opening the doors to a new era of customer service at City Hall.
Located on the ground floor of City Hall at 38 Hill Street, the Resident & Business Services consolidates multiple service counters into one convenient, concierge-style location. From utility billing and Recreation & Parks program registration to business and contractor support, residents and business owners can now access key City services all in one place.
“This represents a major step forward in how Roswell serves its community,” said Mayor Kurt Wilson during the ceremony. “By bringing multiple services together in one location, we’re eliminating confusion, shortening wait times, and ensuring that every interaction with City Hall is clear, efficient, and welcoming.”
The event brought together City leadership, community members, and staff who have worked tirelessly to transform the vision into reality.
“Roswell residents and businesses deserve a one-stop experience that reflects the best of who we are as a community,” Wilson added. “We’re ready and willing to serve in a way that’s efficient, friendly, and absolutely amazing.”
This milestone delivers on Mayor Kurt Wilson’s Top Priority of improving the resident and business experience and advances Roswell’s Strategic Imperative: Service Excellence—creating a clearer, more connected City Hall experience for all and aligns with Roswell’s vision to become the #1 Family Community in America.
