The City of Roswell invites the community to join Mayor Kurt Wilson, City Council, and City leadership on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Resident and Business Services, located on the ground floor of City Hall (38 Hill Street).
Resident and Business Services represents a major step forward in how Roswell serves its community. This initiative was created to make City Hall easier to navigate and more responsive to the people it serves. By bringing key services together in one welcoming, concierge-style location, the City is modernizing its customer experience, reducing confusion, saving time, and helping residents, businesses, and contractors get what they need more efficiently.
This initiative supports Mayor Kurt Wilson’s Top Priority: Improving the Resident and Business Experience, and advances the City’s Strategic Imperative: Service Excellence, ensuring that every interaction with City Hall is clear, efficient, and community-focused.
Attendees will hear remarks from Mayor Wilson and members of City Council before the ceremonial ribbon cutting. Media and the public are encouraged to attend and experience the new, modernized space firsthand.
